Fiesta Bread

Here is a great recipe for a party bread that you can make as an addition to an entree or serve as an appetizer, maybe with a side of melted cheddar cheese. If you happen upon this recipe from a site that wasn't our We Deliver Facebook page, let us explain what we do. We are an extension of Cancun Best Discounts, a travel agency here in Cancun. We take online orders from our website and either delivery the groceries to you where you are staying here on vacation or we can pick you up from the airport and deliver you as well as your groceries to your "home" for the week. Check out our We Deliver Cancun official website to see what we offer and more about how it works. We hope you enjoy the recipe and we also hope that you will consider letting us help you have the best vacation ever in Cancun.

Ingredients ~

  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10-oz. jar sliced jalapeño peppers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 12-oz. tubes refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
**If you will be making this while here you will need to substitute a dry biscuit mix for the tube kind the original recipe calls for

How to make this ~
In a large bowl, combine butter, cheeses, pepper slices and parsley; add biscuits and toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden. Invert onto a serving plate; serve warm. **If you have substituted the biscuit mix, just follow the simple instructions on the package and follow the recipe as given.
